                 The progression of feelings before and after working experience
            In the first part of the article, The little princes by Connor Grennan, the characteristics of the main character are introduced into the story . The teller is in the back of a taxi perusing through booklets on Nepal. He regrets accepting to carry out voluntary work in Nepal. While browsing through other voluntary opportunities in other regions on the booklets, he wonders why he never receives the nice and relaxing volunteering projects .He perceives how wonderful it would have been if he was the one chosen to and comfort grief koalas, in the coastal regions of Australia. According to the author, the main character wanted to carry out volunteer work since he was bored with his other career . By this time, the teller was only going to Nepal to prove a point to his friend and family, and does not conduct volunteer work.
            In the second part of the article, the narrator becomes Tired of the working conditions in the children’s home. According to the author, the hospital was overcrowded, dirty with no trash cans or sinks indicating that the place was being managed by the patients .By this time, the teller has developed a strong bond with the orphans he was looking after. Even if he feels sad he is leaving the orphanage, he compensates his feelings with better living conditions he will have once he returns back home . The narrator can no longer bare the conditions of the orphanage. When the teller was going to Nepal for the first time, he was reluctant to the idea of leaving his home. He knew that he was going to carry out voluntary work in order to impress close friends and family. the teller did not want to leave the orphanage just like the time he tried to leave his home. He had become connected to the children and the surrounding .
